Intensive EMDR sessions refers to the focus and momentum you will build by doing longer sessions. Without spending time starting and stopping sessions, you’ll progress quicker in the therapeutic and healing process.
We offer 2- or 3-hour consecutive sessions, available during the day, evenings, or weekends to accommodate your schedule.
